Day 7 - God Fights for Us

We have prayed all week for this day. We praise our Lord for his Mercy and Grace. We have prepared ourselves. We have reminded ourselves of who is in charge and who is not. We have put our world back into perspective. We have recognized our need for forgiveness of our sins. We have opened our lives to the discernment of God’s word and direction. Now we move forward, with God as our leader, we enter a new day of victory.

“He shall say: “Hear, Israel: Today you are going into battle against your enemies. Do not be fainthearted or afraid; do not panic or be terrified by them. For the Lord your God is the one who goes with you to fight for you against your enemies to give you victory.” Deuteronomy 20: 3-4 NIV

“Now to Him who is able to do far more abundantly beyond all that we ask or think, according to the power that works within us, to Him be the glory in the church and in Christ Jesus to all generations forever and ever Amen .” Eph. 3: 20-21 NASB

“For by grace you have been saved through faith; and that not of yourselves, it is a gift of God.” Eph. 2: 8 NASB

“God is our refuge and strength, A very present help in trouble. Therefore, we will not fear, though the earth should change and though the mountains slip into the heart of the sea; Though its waters roar and foam, though the mountains quake at its swelling pride. (Selah)” Psalms 46: 1-3 NASB

“But the humble will inherit land and will delight themselves in abundant prosperity.” Psalms 37: 11 NASB

“Wait for the Lord and keep his way, and He will exalt you to inherit the land; when the wicked are cut off , you will see it.” Psalms 37:34 NASB
